SSC Panthers girls soccer defeated Beaverton Beavers 11-3. Analeis Ming scored 9 goals. Charlotte Ming scored 2 goals and assisted on 6 of Analeis's goals. Kaitlyn Jean added 2 assists and Kennedy Kurberski 1 assist. Makiya Bellor and Reagan Satkowiak combined for 23 saves. Great game ladies!

The Standish Sterling girls soccer team had a great start to the season. It was a slow start as we scored 2 goals in the first half, 1each for Charlotte & Analies, to take 2-1 lead into halftime. We found our grove and made some crisp passes. Our defense held tight with strong outings from senior Karlie Buckler and sophomore Addison Schaezer.

These girls are determined to retain the Jack Pine Conference crown. They also know everyone is going to bring their best when they play us. This season will not be easy in any aspect the game. They are eager for the challenge.

Our SSC youth volleyball camp was a success! Thank you to everyone who came, especially the parents for getting your girls to the camp! It was a great 3 days of fun, learning, hard work, and lots of smiles! 🏐💛💙
