Your SSC lady panthers soccer team defeated Ogemaw Heights 1-0. This was a hard fought match. Ogemaw came to play and they put us to the test. Charlotte Ming she snuck corner kick between the keeper and the neat post. Great shot. Our back line played great tonight to assist with the clean sheet. The middle school track showed up last night at their home meet. The entire shot put team of Brady
Crainer, Carter Smith, Travis Pavlik, Carter Dixon, Josiah Cottrell, Alec Schumacher and Anna
Ratajczak hit their personal bests. Karmari Dittenbir turned on the speed by taking first in the 55
hurdles, 100 and 200 meter dashes. Kamari, Josie Lapan, Sydney Girardin and Kailey Johnson took
first in the 4x100 relay as well. Michael Raymond took first in the 70 meter and 100 meter dash while
setting a personal best in pole vault. Max Doremus set 3 personal bests in the high jump, 200 meter
and 70 meter dash. E’Monie Here and Samantha Illig set their new personal bests in the 55 hurdles.
Myra Dixon continued to soar to the top taking first in pole vault. Ava Spyker and Hayden Kilgus also
brought home personal bests in the 1600 meters. A big thank you to the staff who came out to support
the team and the high school volunteers who helped run the events!

Jay Roper pitched a complete game in game one and Rylee Blanchard got the win in game two and the big hit in game one. The girls soccer team got a bounce back win tonight. They defeated Beaverton 2-0. Analeis Ming scored 1 goal assisted by Addison Schaenzer. Charlotte Ming scored the second goal assisted by Analeis. Makiya Bellor had 7 saves while tending the goal. Their next match is Tuesday May 5th at 5:00. We'll be playing Pinconning. It is our Senior night. Come out and support the girls.
